    I have completely run out of strong white flour no I have completely run out of strong white flour now but managed to get hold of some @hovisbakery granary bread flour 🌾 it worked a treat for sourdough loaf no. 5 and it was a nice difference having the grains and seeds throughout.     Sourdough loaf no. 4 and I'm excited to have achie Sourdough loaf no. 4 and I'm excited to have achieved a bit more of an irregular structure this time 💫 although I definitely need to work on my scoring work (baker's signature) - I think I need to get a bread lame as my pairing knife just isn't quite cutting it 🤣
